Mike has some 40 years of international business experience, during which time he held senior management positions with a family company, the international divisions of Fortune 100 companies and grew his start-up technology company into a successful multi-million business and achieved a successful exit through a trade sale. He has a wide range of both operational and strategic experiences that have included:

Alongside his professional experience, Mike holds a B.Sc. (Econ.), an M.B.A. and an M.Sc. (Psych.) He has trained as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher and in Neurofeedback. He supports the Institute for New Economic Thinking and has a wide range of interests across the social sciences. Mike is a Member of the Association of Business Mentors and an appointed mentor under the Government Help to Grow Scheme,
